These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NORTHBYTEIT, LLC's ("we", "us", or "our") services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion.
4. Service Agreements
For ongoing services, we will provide a written service agreement outlining the scope, terms, and conditions of the service.
5. Remote Access and Liability
When remote access is required, we will use secure methods and obtain your permission before accessing your systems. We are not liable for any issues arising from remote access that are beyond our control.
6. Data Responsibility
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur during service provision.
7. Scheduling and Missed Appointments
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies or technical issues.
8. Ownership of Deliverables
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to any pre-existing materials or general solutions used in your project.
9. Hosting and Development
For website hosting and development services, we will provide clear terms regarding hosting duration, maintenance, and support in the service agreement.
10. Communication and Support
We provide support during business hours unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Emergency support may be available for certain service levels.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Client Cooperation
You agree to provide necessary access, information, and cooperation for us to perform our services effectively. Delays in providing such may affect service delivery and timelines.
14. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and data. We will not disclose any confidential information without your consent, except as required by law.
